Opprtunity for a business development manager to join an Indigenous accredited fitout & refurbishment company, servicing the Corporate & Government sectors. With over 20 years' experience delivering construction
management services, they have established offices in Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, and
Bendigo.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
As a passionate Business Development Manager located in Sydney, you will be responsible for identifying all new business opportunities within the fitout and refurbishment sector.

Focused on relationship development, you will be directly involved with client prospect identification,
business consulting and client presentations.

There will be an above award salary package and commission structure on offer, as well as the tools
and systems required to bring new opportunities into their existing client portfolio.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role - commercial property and/or construction highly

desirable

• Demonstrated experience in reception / administrative procedures
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work autonomously in a close team environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
• Proven experience in general accounting support tasks – eg-ability to reconcile financial

statements

• Professional presentation and welcoming, friendly attitude
• Salesforce and / or Indesign experience highly desirable
• Motivated self-starter with a good work ethic
