THE OPPORTUNITY

 

To achieve prescribed new business revenue and profit targets for CodeBlue. Delivering Sales to achieve the GP Target by developing a quality pipeline.

 

Joining Fujifilm CodeBlue as an Account Manager will involve :

 

Operational Performance

  • Prospecting: Develop a prospecting routine including, referrals, social media, thought leadership, outbound calling and event-based campaigns to delivery pipeline quota.
  • Pipeline Development: Actively manage and qualify a robust opportunity pipeline of new customers and/or new solutions from existing key customers.
  • Strategic Selling: Personally, plan and implement the sales process for larger and more complex deals. Own the sales cycle from end to end.
  • Forecasting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting based on deep knowledge of the market and customer base

 

Customer Experience

  • Work a trusted advisor to our customer by delivering a great service and building a strong relationship.
  • Complete all customer work to the FBAU quality standards.
  • Advise customers of the most efficient quality and cost-effective solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Professional and prompt handling of customer complaints and issues

As an experienced professional in Business Development/Account Management, you will bring the below valued skills to our business:

  • Experience in selling Managed IT Services or similar would be advantageous
  • Influencing: highly skilled in rapport-building and responding effectively to individual customer needs
  • Process Discipline: able to provide and maintain consistent and standardised sales process.
  • Time Management: self-awareness and being able to self-manage time to focus on revenue generating activities.
  • Articulation of the Managed IT Services value proposition: able to clearly articulate the managed IT services value proposition based on a deep understanding of features and benefits as they relate to specific customer needs
  • Sales History: Be able to demonstrate a proven history of achieving sales quotas and being able to articulate why they have been successful.
