Responsibilities as a BDM:

  • Drive front end development of key client relationships in the construction and mining market
  • Identify new business opportunities and participate in the development and implementation of new growth strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage a full suite of Business development including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, lead generation and networking

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in a BDM or sales role, working to targets in a fast paced, busy role
  • You are driven, hungry and energetic
  • Results oriented and committed to winning new business
  • Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box
