In recognition of the company’s rapid growth, both nationally and internationally, an excellent opportunity exists for an experienced, high-achieving sales professional to join the NSW operation as a Business Development Manager.

The business development specialist with extensive experience in and knowledge of the racking industry will report to the Sales Director. Your industry experience will enable you to confidently seek out new customers in an untapped market and drive new business throughout New South Wales.

  • Strong desire to generate new business
  • Prospect for potential new clients, and cold call as appropriate within the market and geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging professional networks
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and key internal stakeholders
  • Offer solutions to new and existing customers regarding their warehouse requirements and provide a technical solution
  • Build relationships with key decision makers
  • Prepare quotations and forward orders to the supply chain team for delivery arrangements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Project management that ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope
  • Ensure KPI measures are achieved
