• Sourcing new business opportunities through prospecting
• Converting Property Management & Sales leads
• Work closely with the Sales Agents & Property Management team
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Offer professional advice to clients
• Arranging and conducting appraisals
• Taking leasing enquiries via email and phone
• Open homes and private inspections
