Our client is a well-established, Australian, EdTech firm that fosters children’s education and imagination through programming courses. They have recently created a new BDM role on the back of securing an increased market share, and are looking for a high achieving, self-starter to further propel the company’s success. In doing so, the role is responsible for growing the product in both Not-for-Profit and Corporate sectors, with a flexible work arrangement structure.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline across your designated territory.
- Acquisition of new venues and locations to expand the company’s influence within the market.
- Connect with key stakeholders to generate interest and uncover sales opportunities.
- Establish robust, collaborative and long-term customer relationships.
- Manage and coordinate commercial negotiations and contracts.
- Develop strategic changes and operational efficiencies based on day-today sales.
- Liaise with direct manager and key internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
- Strong understanding of the marketing qualified lead process.
- Successful track record in meeting and exceeding set targets.
- Forecasting and pipeline management skills.
- Strong understanding of education and Ed-Tech markets would be beneficial, with the ability to develop concise customised strategies to address gaps and opportunities in the market.
