Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
Lead the development and growth of both existing and strategic, pursuit accounts in public services.
- Build and maintain a strong external network including strategic client and partner relationships to support execution of the local market strategy
- Work with the local sales team and key Capgemini delivery business leaders to develop and maintain account sales strategy, aligned with Capgemini National Public Sector Objectives and leveraging Capgemini local, national and global capabilities
- ‘Own’ and develop strategic accounts and associated pipeline opportunities
- Ensure the sales process is executed in line with Capgemini methodologies and guidelines
- Support the necessary development of the Capgemini brand in the ACT market by engaging in relevant local industry groups, together with planning and executing supporting marketing activities
- Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and budgeting on your sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain strong local and regional knowledge of industry trends and priorities to support market development and input into the overarching Capgemini Public Sector business strategies

You are a proven, successful relationship-based salesperson with a robust track record of shaping complex, technology services solution deals and driving long term growth. You possess an active and extensive network with a significant history of engagement in the Public Sector.
- Extensive experience in public ICT services and consulting marketplace with proven success in personally leading and executing large/complex transformational engagements with a combination of on-shore and off-shore delivery models
- Intimate knowledge of the public sector environment, issues, and trends and the ability to provide insight and guidance in public and private forums.
- Strong understanding in the latest trends and technologies driving digital enablement and transformation within the sector.
- Active knowledge and network of tier one technology partners supporting Capgemini go to market and the public sector technology environments.
- Superior capability and experience in Government procurement processes including complex contract and commercial negotiations.
- Exceptional drive, communication, and leadership capabilities and able to act as a beacon for the acquisition of local talent and customer accounts alike.
