Description:
This sales role involves Account Management and New Business Development within the Consumer Products, Retail, Engineering, Distribution, Manufacturing & Transport (CPRDT) and Public Sector Mid Market team.
- Manage and develop trusted advisor relationships with senior and CXO level stakeholders and grow existing accounts with KPIs / metrics of bookings, contribution margin, receivables
- Develop territory plan to agree on potential opportunities to pursue in your own focus area (sector, offers)
- Qualify opportunities to be further pursued, drive consistency between sales strategy and content work managed by the bid team
- Accountable for the opportunity along the collaborative selling sales process until close
- Perform Commercial and contractual management of the account
- Build and maintain an external network and client relationships
- Address complex client issues involving interactions up to executive level and master meetings, negotiations & influencing techniques
- Leverage your knowledge of industry trends and client strategic objectives & challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
- Partner with diverse, matrix, sales pursuit teams to deliver winning proposals to customers
- Develop sales strategies and tailored value propositions and solutions for clients
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline
- Develop account plans in collaboration with our service lines, the client, and the sector team
- Identify opportunities for growth in the accounts and local market, promote our differentiating value propositions
- Perform ongoing account planning and management, forecasting of revenue and sales pipeline
- Coordinate proposal creation, presentation, and commercial negotiations
- Look after our delivery and service performance with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and delivered outcomes
