Business Development Executive

 

Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the continued success of the business. You will be the very beginning of the sales cycle, responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective clients and responsible for qualifying, and building new business using various methods of business development such as cold calling and working closely with other business sectors such as marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and utilise CRM tool
  • Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales, profitability and growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their pain points and presenting tailored software solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction.
