They are now seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager/Sales Agent/Sales Associate to come on board who can focus on driving growth and building on their existing client relationships.

This role offers complete flexibility to run your own hours and days, work from the office at home, and grow with the business whichever way you choose!

In the role of Business Development/Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and cold/warm calling
  • Nurture new and existing client relationships
  • Work alongside the Director to implement structures and processes to aid the growth of the division
  • Monday-Friday ONLY - absolutely no weekends!!

The ideal candidate for the role of Business Development/Property Manager will have:

  • Knowledge of the Inner West + Eastern Suburbs market is preferred
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Highly tenacious, driven and results-focussed - you will be a GUN on the phones and love the thrill of the close
  • Must be able to work autonomously - our client does not micromanage!
  • You will be a natural rapport-builder with great relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised and articulate with a keen eye for detail
  • Immaculately presented with a highly professional demeanour - you will be servicing elite clientele and luxury investment properties
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
