Description:
As a Business Development Director, you will have the opportunity to join a leading and independent Fund Administration business with a strong reputation as an industry leader. Our client has offices globally, serving a rapidly expanding private equity, real estate, and investment management client base.
As a senior member of the sales team, you will be tasked with identifying and winning private equity and real estate fund administration mandates. This will include developing a strong pipeline of potential clients in the closed-ended fund space, with a focus on profitable new revenue generation, building a network and pipeline, and taking ownership of the sales process and leading commercial negotiations.
You will also be responsible for helping to build the firm's brand and increase brand awareness to generate quality leads. This will include attendance and participation at industry events, as well as developing and managing the intermediary and third-party services provider network.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record generating new revenue in the closed-ended fund arena of outsourced fund administration and accounting services. You'll be a self-starter, quick learner, and expected to establish and maintain relationships with key influencers in the industry. You'll also be self-motivated and driven to deliver strong sales results.
