Description:
As a Business Development Manager your responsibility will be to proactively builds and maintains strategic relationships with employers who are willing to provide support and modify roles as required for people with disability/barriers. Locations that will be covered are St.Albans, Sunshine, Werribee, Altona North, Taylors Lakes, Melton and Melbourne CBD. Responsibilities and duties will consist of, but not limited to:
Lead the Business Development Team to be a high performing unit
Driving growth for caseloads
Ensure compliance to legislative frameworks, departmental guidelines and internal processes/policies
Create and sustain strategic community engagement (OOHC, NDIS providers)
Identify key employers and strategic projects, that lead to long- term sustainable employment for our job seekers and participants
Liaise with the Wage Subsidy team and employers to ensure Government Wage subsidies, meet standards and follow processes and guidelines to ensure employers are paid within key timeframes
Review performance data (internal and external systems e.g. Power BI) and identify strategic gaps around placement and case load improvement
Ensure maximum utilisation of JRL data to measure and drive productivity
