The Opportunity
As a Business Development Consultant at Fuse Recruitment, you will be responsible for generating and converting new business leads and driving growth in our local client base. You will also work with our marketing team and consulting group to action inbound leads and to collaborate on client attraction campaigns.
About You
The ideal candidate will have exposure to B2B sales or previous experience in a client facing role within Recruitment or Financial Services. We are looking for someone who thrives on connecting with clients and enjoys being outside of the office meeting with people every day. An understanding of the Insurance, Superannuation, Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking industries would be highly advantageous.
