About the role:

This is a newly created role, within the Business Development Centre in a team of five, focusing on retention and bringing repeat business into the company.

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing an exceptional Customer experience, offering Finance and Insurance solutions.
  • Proactively calling existing customers coming to the end of their financial contract to understand customer intentions and guide the customer through the process of renewal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing Customers, ensuring new Finance and Insurance enquiries are actioned within agreed timeframes and Customer applications for refinancing are nurtured from quotation to Settlement.
  • Listen to clients and develop tailored solutions based on individual needs.
  • Ability to build a rapport with the customer with the aim of providing quality and quantifiable leads to our Sales partners and retail network
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Worked in customer service and well-practised in building rapport with customers
  • Looking for people who love to connect with customers over the phone
  • Proactive, organised, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced company
