### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

### **Job Requirements:**
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and understanding of the business landscape in NSW.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for building relationships.
- Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to work onsite in NSW.
