• Working alongside the Founder, you’re basically going to be in the cockpit of a tech start-up. That doesn’t suit everyone. It requires a special mindset. We can’t write down exactly what you’ll be doing because it’s ‘whatever the business requires’ which evolves day to day, as opportunities emerge and as the business expands. Building a technology business from start-up is - by definition – a multi-disciplinary exercise spanning strategy & planning; sales & marketing; tech design, dev, testing, training; onboarding and managing customers; liaising with lawyers, accountants and other advisers; business & financial management; recruitment and people management. As new people join our team, you’ll work with them to share your knowledge and get them up the learning curve ASAP.
