As the successful candidate, you will provide business development leadership, expertise, and support to the Animal Health senior leadership team by identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and executing third-party business arrangements that are aligned with both the operational and strategic objectives or this global leader. As part of this responsibility, you will actively screening the animal health industry and related sectors for attractive project opportunities in various categories, including vaccines, pharmaceuticals, and other technologies to enhance the health of animals via acquisitions, licenses, distribution arrangements, joint ventures and other business collaborations. The role will provide you with significant opportunity to collaborate within the business at the highest global levels, where you will report to the Vice President, Global Business Development and Licensing establish and work closely with the VP for Asia Pacific. You will effortlessly be able to facilitate and maintain a strong network with potential partners, you'll actively seek contacts in the related industry sectors, and present this Animal Health Business as a preferred partner. You will be responsible for organising and managing cross-functional project teams to effectively analyse all aspects of the various opportunities, including stakeholders from the Asia Pacific & South Africa management team, Global Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, R&D, Safety & Environment, etc
