AI Consulting Group is looking for a Data & AI Business Development and Sales Manager. Ex-Data & AI Recruitment Consultants will be highly regarded, as will be experience in Data and AI sales across Azure, AWS and GCP.
Tell us what we should pay you and why! OTE $180k-$300k+ to start ASAP.
We have a strong preference for someone who knows that they can sell and is happy to base their salary/incentives on outcomes, not hours at the desk. We are also expecting to pay you a percentage of billed revenue for new clients – so keep in mind that deals in Data and AI can be anywhere between $50k and $50m.
About You
- Existing relationships in ASX 200 & Government or similar
- 5+ years sales experience to enterprise B2B customers
- Credibility and ability to influence at executive/manager level
- Solid experience in cold calling and lead generation, especially using LinkedIn
- Understanding of Data and AI technology in order to plan solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, results driven
- Hungry for closing deals and earning great incentives
- Strong sales presentation skills, immaculate personal presentation and excellent communications skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities
- Facilitate End to End Business Development function
- Lead/contact generation
- Contract Negotiation
- Sales and marketing strategy development
- Manage sales process through to contract finalisation
- Ongoing account management, after sales support, account strategy and customer reporting
- Work with marketing team/support in campaign generation and execution
- Facilitate vendor and 3rd party partner relationships and leverage for growth (Microsoft, Databricks)
- Maintain and build market presence
- Position AI Consulting Group for long term and ongoing growth
