Working in a highly professional and focused Business Development team, you will be part of a team that is focused on medium to long term opportunities to ensure the continued growth of KBR. With a specific focus on non-defence Federal Government Departments, this will be a highly visible and important position.

The Role 

Our Government Services, Integrated Support Solutions (ISS) Business Unit is seeking to engage an experienced Business Development Manager working our non-CASG defence market to join a dedicated, professional team who strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional growth and build upon recent success.

As the Business Development Manager – Defence, your role will be crucial in establishing a strategy with subsequent campaigns that delivers on our vision and mission to be a leading provider of Professional and Engineering Services to the Australian Federal Government.

A consummate communicator with an ability to articulate strategy and capture/campaign plans delivering on targets that will be crucial in achieving our success. You will be an expert relationship builder and gatherer of market and competitor intelligence, with an ability to turn these into insights and actions.
