Business Banking Support Officer

 

Description:

In this role, you will provide sales, lending and administrative support to the Business Banking Team. You will work with the team to maintain and develop customer relationships that demonstrate care, interest in and understanding of the customer’s banking needs.

In The Role You Will

  • Action leads and opportunities for new memberships and accounts, received from Branches, CRC and digital channels.
  • Monitor and maintain sales tracking tools, CRM records, BI reports and Dashboard reporting.
  • Conduct CRM follow ups for all appropriate member instructions.
  • Develop and maintain product and systems knowledge pertinent to the role.
  • Actively participate and seek challenges as a committed and positive team member.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
