As the Business Analyst, you will be you will play a pivotal role in enhancing data-informed decision-making and streamlining business processes within our organisation that will positively impact the broader HenderCare workforce and will help contribute to our success within the Health and Community Care Industry. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, contributing to organisational success and strategic goal attainment.

Overall, You Can Expect To
 

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Identify and analyse data and business processes to work with the business and develop process improvements, re-engineering existing processes, or recommending eliminations.
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and results by recognising and capitalising on improvement opportunities and adapting to competing demands, organisational changes, and new responsibilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level while focusing on quality improvement and data management.
     

About You

You are a highly motivated ICT professional who can demonstrate their experience with Systems Development Cycle (SDLC), which will include researching solutions and options, validation and acceptance of business solutions, reports and business processes, business process testing, and writing business test cases.

Key Capabilities Of This Position Include
 

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in business analytics (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in complex applications migrations and implementation
  • Proven record of strong business acumen to understand, communicate, and deliver business systems improvements.
  • Sound knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 standard.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process re-engineering, mapping, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead workshops with senior stakeholders.
