Required Skills:

 

  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working on Insurance domain as a Business Analyst.
  • Must have exposure to the business process automation (RPA).
  • Must possess end-to-end knowledge in case/claim creation and benefit processing flows.
  • Must have exposure in payment calculation logics for different beneficiaries like worker, spouse and dependents if any.
  • Must have exposure in working with documents, e-forms, case notes creation and processing.
  • Must have experience in Automation process.
  • Engage with Product owner and Business SMEs to get the scope information for current and future releases
  • Preparing and hosting the elaboration session along with Development team, Test team and Product owner to understand the requirement of a story and to come up with story estimates.
  • Must have experience in insurance domain.
