Essential-
•At least 5 years’ experience delivering complex technical changes as a Senior Business Analyst.
•Expertise in merchant acquiring, card payments industry and technologies
•Experience specifying interfaces including APIs.

•Experience in requirements elicitation, writing clear and concise user stories
•Experience documenting workflows, processes, procedures and service management plans
