Business Analyst

You have a willingness to see a project through to completion (scope, solution, build, test, train and implement an initiative).

You have a willingness to provide ongoing BAU support and have the ability to coordinate and facilitate workshops. Finally, you have the knowledge and experience to build relationships across the Project Team, Senior Management Team as well as the Executive Management Team.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualified in Information Systems or a similar degree
• Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience integrating applications.
• Experience in Industry: Supply Chain, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Extensive experience of managing expectations and collaborating with MSP’s and 3rd Party Vendors.
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and manage conflicting priorities.
• Sound Project and Change Management skills.
• Sound understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Ability to think outside the box.
