The opportunity

Right now, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join us in the Enterprise Transformation team.
Reporting to the Project Director, the role supports various programs of work by undertaking business analysis and options evaluation, to facilitate the development and implementation of improvements to business systems, processes and workflows.

• Work with project teams to elicit and document business information to support program development and implementation
• Conduct business analysis to develop and assess options for project delivery
• Work collaboratively across a high performing team to support the delivery of several significant programs of work

About you

You are a seasoned Business Analyst with demonstrated experience and capability working in a complex government or business related discipline. You enjoy supporting multiple projects and working in high performing teams, and are ready to provide expert analysis, advice and support in delivering priority Transformational initiatives across the Transport cluster.
You have well developed communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience, and can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, you have proven record of delivering to tight deadlines, and you are proactive in supporting the broader team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Grade 7A ($103,965) – 7E ($116,441) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
