What you get to do in this role:

  • Plan and execute strategic briefings that result in increased customer confidence, measurable opportunity development and expansion, and generate strong customer executive engagement with ServiceNow
  • Provide strategic consultation through collaboration with Sales Teams to develop briefing engagements
  • Manage highly visible executive customer briefings in ServiceNow’s Executive Briefing Centres to help nurture executive relationships and accelerate sale cycle/deal closure
  • Own and manage account team engagement from point of EBC request, to Discussion Leader orchestration and preparation, onsite visit management, and to post-visit surveys and communications.
  • Secure Discussion Leaders and craft agendas to support the customer and account teams objectives and expectations
  • Be data driven – learn from and adapt the program based on field and customer survey feedback to ensure continuous improvement across process, content, and overall experience
  • Stakeholder engagement – manage over 10 stakeholders across the ANZ Sales Business and ensure the program is delivering and supporting each Sales Territory
  • Proactively engage field sales on a regular basis to target the largest sales opportunities in order to build a steady pipeline of EBC visits.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, Marketing Strategy and Operations online and offline content that supports the EBC’s objectives.
  • Support Global Customer Engagement & Advocacy programs by surfacing peer-to-peer engagement opportunities during customer briefings, and knowledge-share across team members.
  • Maintain a Discussion Leader pool, providing ongoing training and recruitment of new Discussion Leaders.
  • Manage meeting logistics and A/V requirements, being available for onsite customer and speaker management.
  • Scale best-practices from the other global executive briefing centers and integrate them into the APJ EBC process.


Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar or relevant role.
  • Capability to work in an environment with a high degree of shared responsibility between and across team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and calmly handle high pressure situations.
  • Ability to work well across organizational boundaries.
  • Applied sense of urgency and ability to achieve results.
  • BA or BS, Marketing | Business |Other, or, Sales/ Marketing Consultant with event experience.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, developing a network of experts and executives to support briefings.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Focus on highly professional interactions within the team and our supporters, self-accountable for interactions with others.
  • General ServiceNow product knowledge a plus.
  • Strong computer skills. Familiar with Word, Outlook and Excel .and other digital applications
