ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking applications for a Brand Wholesale Manager to help grow our brand’s wholesale footprint nationally and internationally. This is an exciting career opportunity for a motivated and ambitious person to join our busy team within the fashion and eCommerce industries. Working alongside a team of industry experts, this role offers a fast paced and rewarding opportunity to learn and grow as the business continues to scale into new global markets in an industry which is exciting and ever changing. 

As our brand experiences growth in wholesale channels, we are looking for a Brand Wholesale Manager to own the wholesale footprint, execute the brand wholesale strategy, whilst managing and maintaining day-to-day relationships with our customers as well as our territory showrooms. The Brand Wholesale Manager will become an expert of our product categories, inventory levels and provide the necessary advice and counsel to support successful ongoing relationships with our wholesale customers. The role will add great value to the development of new product lines whilst having a pulse on what’s ‘next’ in market. The successful candidate will intimately know what our customers needs will be, before they do! The Brand Wholesale Manager will constantly monitor sales forecasts, ensure our customers are up to date with current product line sheets, ensure orders are appropriately taken, invoiced in our system, open orders are shipped quickly and on time whilst making sure territory showrooms are paid their correct commissions and on-time. This will require operational support to collaborate between Product and Operations Teams. This is a role that will see you enjoy both working independently and working directly with our Head of Operations, Head of Creative and our Fulfilment Manager.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Wholesale / Merchandiser role
  • Retail Planning and Merchandise Management experience is highly regarded
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tool, financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights that will inform decision making
  • Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-better environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability confidently communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product teams and key stakeholders
  • Proven planning, organisational and time management skills to adhere to timelines

 

Ideal Background

  • At least 5 years in a similar sales role, preferably in fashion and/or apparel
  • Demonstrative experience driving sales to achieve financial KPIs
  • Strong Operational and Sales Development experience, ideally from the Fashion/Lifestyle industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change driven environment with a can-do open attitude
  • Inspire trust - Establish personal credibility through character and professional expertise
  • Leading through clear decision making and focused guidance
  • Strong analytical and planning capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
