Description:

The key purpose of the Brand Space Executive is to work with centres to identify and sell Sponsorship opportunities. Once identified the Brand Space Executive works with internal stakeholders to package up these opportunities so they can be taken to market. Sales activities include meeting with advertising agencies and brands to present Vicinity’s Sponsorship opportunities, educating centre teams on sponsorships, producing sales presentations and case studies, managing Sponsorship execution and undertaking administration tasks relating to Sponsorship bookings and invoicing. The Mall Space Executive will work closely with the National Retail Media Sales Manager, National CML Manager and Brand Space Manager and the wider sales team to grow sales revenue from Sponsorships and determine the most appropriate sales proposition including pricing and product offerings.

Role purpose

Working at the Vicinity National office located at Chadstone the Fashion Capital, you will be responsible for representing a portfolio of 60 premier Australian retail assets. The purpose of the Brand Space Executive is to work with an array of Australian and International brands and their agencies to execute innovative activations, partnerships and sponsorships across the national shopping centre portfolio. Key sales and presentation skills you will bring to the role include, preparing winning proposals, working with centre teams to identify and develop sponsorship/partnership opportunities, client presentations and overseeing the execution of in-centre activations. To be successful in the role you will work closely with centre Marketing Teams, the National Retail Media team and the National CML teams.

Brand Space Operations

  • Achieve budgeted Brand Space (partnership, activation, and sponsorship) income for portfolio.
  • Drive new business development of Brand Activations, partnerships and sponsorships across the national portfolio
  • Ensure Activation booking and partnership contract documentation and processes are executed to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements
  • Develop key brand and stakeholder relationships
  • Undertake administration tasks relating to bookings and client invoicing
