Brand Manager Instants

Description:

We are looking for a Brand Manager Instants to join our enthusiastic marketing team based in JDE’s North Sydney office, where we currently have a hybrid work policy (3 days WFO + 2 days WFH). In this role, you would be responsible for all marketing efforts for our Moccona Instants range with a large annual marketing budget, and work on exciting projects such as new packaging and big advertising campaigns. You are in the lead to keep one of Australia’s loved brands top of mind in the ever evolving coffee market. Are you excited for this challenge?

• Be the main contact person for various communication and advertising agencies
• Define and achieve the financial plan (AOP/LRP) for the Moccona Instants range
• Work with the local and global team to generate ideas for NPDs and implement them
• Define and implement the category plan and channel strategy
• Be responsible for compiling local knowledge and key market insight and share this information with the central marketing organization for potential innovations and trends

For this role as a Brand Manager Instants, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• You bring experience working with or at marketing agencies
• You’re well organized and easily juggle many different projects and stakeholders at once
• You’re able to make yourself available at evening times during the week for 30-60 min global calls (approx. 1x per week) – we’re flexible with your other work hours to compensate for this where possible
• You have experience managing larger marketing budgets
• You’re proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• You have Australian work rights
