Job Description

What will you work on?

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand Manager holds accountability for assisting to deliver the region’s strategic marketing and brand plans. This role has responsibility for the planning, execution and control of fully integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to meet and exceed the business unit revenue, margin and EBIT objectives.

How will you create impact?

  • Direct experience with the full product development cycle, with a track record of thriving in a growth oriented and changing environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Outstanding planning, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong literacy in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset.

  • Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done while continuously taking the initiative and pushing projects forward under tight deadlines.

What are your skills and experience?

  • 2-3 years of consumer product Brand Manager experience in a new product-oriented industry, preferably working with toy, entertainment, fashion, or other pop culture products.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics from TV, print, digital and consumer promotions.
  • Business/Commerce Degree Qualifications, with major in Marketing or related area.
  • Ability and willingness to travel interstate and internationally.
