Reporting into a P&G Brand Director, you'll be working regularly across functions to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and execute marketing tactics that will continue to grow your brand profitably. Together, we'll continue to create leading brand experiences and make a difference for nearly 5 billion consumers every single day.

Responsibilities of your Role


  • Execute the brand's strategic choices, product and commercial innovations
  • Create holistic communication plans
  • Develop and launch brand executions across all media and consumer touch points
  • Translate consumer insights into innovative ideas and deliver growth for the brand


Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • Australian citizen or permanent resident, including New Zealand citizens
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • At least 3 years of experience in Brand Management/ Marketing role
  • Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Proven ability to develop new insights & creative solutions by integrating multiple sources of information
  • Strong skills in utilizing data from performance marketing to influence creative development and media targeting strategies
  • Work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Passion for consumer insights and behavior
