They are currently looking to expand their Marketing team by bringing on a Brand and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all company and the director’s social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Managing website – potentially editing, amending, updating, as well as creating a new website in the future (creating a new website is probably a couple of years away at least as we’re just about to launch our new site next week)
  • Creating regular marketing material to send to the customer base – This will include a monthly newsletter to update the customers about what’s occurring in the marketplace (this info will be provided to them by the director), creating certain campaigns to send to customers (for example advising customers that St. George has a $5K refinance campaign that isn’t advertised), creating and performing quarterly surveys to send to the customers to get feedback on their experience. Essentially creating material that is sent to customers on a regular basis to create better engagement.
  • Recording and then putting on our website and socials videos and photos – We hold regular events so when we do video and photos are to be taken and uploaded. The director also records weekly videos talking about the marketplace so ensuring all those videos are uploaded and then engaged with our customer base (through social media engagement and sending those videos and photos via email communication to the customers).
  • Creation of information packs to be sent to customers: The director will need the successful candidate to be able to create these and send them our to our customers. Ad Hoc – ordering banners, physical pamphlets, welcome packs, etc.
