Description:

In this role, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of a consistent brand identity for Kinetic IT, collaborating with stakeholders to refine visual elements and messaging. This involves creating engaging content across various channels while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Additionally, the role focuses on supporting the strategic planning and design of the company's website and digital content to reinforce brand identity. Through compelling visual storytelling, the aim is to effectively communicate the brand's story and key messages, translating complex ideas into easily understandable graphics. Furthermore, the role involves close collaboration with marketing and production teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.

IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN:
 

  • Collaborating with the marketing team and stakeholders to develop and refine the corporate brand’s visual identity.
  • Conceptualising and producing creative assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Participating in and supporting the strategic planning, design, and development of the company’s website and digital content.
  • Developing compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate the brand’s story and key messages.
  • Conducting regular quality assurance reviews to ensure creative assets used and distributed across the organisation meet brand standards and accurately reflect the intended message.
  • Developing and maintaining the Kinetic IT Merchandise Strategy.
  • Communicating, collaborating, and liaising with the Marketing team, clients, suppliers, marketing agencies and stakeholders.

     

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:
 

  • Experience in Brand and Creative or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of brand principles and design best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in branding, graphic design, marketing, web and digital development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand identity strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
