Our client has recently opened their FIRST NSW warehouse in Clyde, and is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations. This is a 6 month temporary role, with a rate of $35 per hour, and the opportunity for career advancement within the organisation.

Our client has been operating in Queensland since the 1930s and recently opened their first warehouse in NSW located in Clyde. They are a successful building and construction supply company providing a range of products to assist their customers in delivering projects efficiently and effectively.

Description

The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times. This includes:

• Rostering and motivating team members,
• Ensuring the branch is stocked with merchandise,
• Managing inventory both inbound and outbound.
• Focusing on sales and growing clientele
• Assist and contribute to business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits

The role also involves arranging the transportation of goods and ensuring the productivity of the workshop/yard on a day-to-day basis. The Branch Supervisor must ensure that operational and hands-on tasks are performed in a safe and successful manner. A key responsibility is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods and other articles of trade to our customers.
