  • Lead a team to deliver consistent high quality customer service evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals and achievement of SLAs;
  • Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;
  • Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;
  • Recruitment, induction and training of new team members;
  • Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;
  • Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;
  • Drive an engaging workplace culture.
     

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:
 

  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing;
  • Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body: AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA;
  • Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance;
  • Previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
  • A current NSW Driver’s License and access to own car with compulsory insurance is a must.
