Bms Project Manager

Description:

Leading BMS and automation contractor that work across a variety of sectors on both new build and refurbishment projects.

Currently engaged on several large projects including major hospitals, commercial and data centres in the NSW.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the general manager for construction the role will be focused on delivering new build projects where responsibilities will include:
 

• Client management
• Contracts management and administration
• Coordination of resources; project engineers, commissioning engineers and subcontractors
• Program or works
• Lead commissioning
• Coordination with other trades and services
• Working with service department for successful DLP to service contract wins
