Bms Engineering Manager

National BMS contractor with projects business that work across commercial, education and retail sectors are seeking an experience BMS engineering manager to join the Sydney business.
Reporting in to the general manager the role will be focused on leading engineers for delivery of BMS, IoT and integration projects across the country.
The role will also lead account / client management with some of the company’s major clients. For high profile projects the role will be required to lead solution design before rolling out to engineering resources for project delivery.
As BMS engineering manager you will lead the development of various hardware and software systems that the company uses, this will include; Distech, Niagara and EasyIO.

To be successful you will be either already an engineering manager within BMS or a senior BMS engineer looking to step in your career.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following;

• Several years full BMS engineering; solutions design, programming, coding, graphics, etc
• Successfully commissioned many projects in your career to date
• Lead and developed teams
• Excellent communication and client management / leadership
• At the forefront of the industry and new technologies
