Hays is looking for Blue Collar Recruiter

You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process including:

• Advertising and proactive sourcing of applicants
• Prescreening and interviewing
• Guiding Hiring Managers through the recruitment process
• Supporting required compliance and onboarding

The organisation is currently investing in the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System to support the further success of the recruitment team.

It is essential that you possess prior blue collar recruitment experience and can demonstrate your ability to follow process and adhere to set deadlines. Ideally you will have prior exposure to projects and shuts based work but this is preferable and not essential.
