• Passionate, motivating Manager who leads by inspiring teams to deliver
• Proven success in mentoring teams
• Strong communication skills with an ability to style shift to suit your audience
• Love working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Big Box / High Volume retail experience required
• Understand how you can influence customer loyalty

• Manage a high volume of deliveries and stock
• Ability to quickly prioritize and understand where you can make immediate wins
• Direct team in a fast-paced, always busy environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service - make their day!
• Ensure store standards are consistently met
• Manage staff performance - strong T&D and performance management skills required
