Skills
- Understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), cube development (Microsoft SSAS and MDX) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework, experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL language
- Understanding BI technologies such as Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS), Power BI reporting
- Desirable, exposure to ERP Finance systems and related reporting in particular General Ledger reporting, with PeopleSoft Financials understanding advantageous but not essential.
- Basic analytical skills and ability to use data to develop insightful conclusions and solutions to address user needs.
- Understanding of ITIL, change management and agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience using a delivery management tool (e.g., JIRA)
