Benefits Leader

Description:

This multi-national organisation is seeking a Benefits Leader to manage their employee benefits programs across their APAC region.

Joining their global Total Rewards function, this role will specifically be responsible for overseeing the Benefits stream across APAC; designing benefits packages that align with global and local objectives across a diverse range of cultures within the region.

You will:

• Collaborate across a global team of Compensation and Benefits Specialists to design and implement benefits frameworks.
• Be hands-on in the problem solving and development of solutions to support nuanced cultural and regional need.
• Oversee a broad suite of benefits packages including Superannuation (Australia), Leave Design, Retirement Plans and vendor management

This role will be involved in the ongoing oversight and management of existing benefits whilst also iterating and developing strategic objectives to support the growing and transforming business.

About you:

• Ideally, experience leading and/or supporting the development and maintenance of benefits packages across multiple jurisdictions or countries.
• Capability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across diverse cultures to establish priorities and objectives.
• Experience in combined blue & white collar environments is preferred
