Artisti Coffee Roasters is looking for Expert & Junior Baristas who are passionate about Specialty Coffee.

Working from our Espresso Bar and Retail Shop (attached to our Roastery) we have a passionate team that looks after “All Things Coffee” with Café Partners currently in QLD, NSW and VIC, online customers all over Australia, and our loyal local customers on the Coffs Coast.

Must be able to carry out shifts within our operating hours of 6am and 5pm Mondays through Fridays.

We have full-time, & casual hours available.

• Demonstrated experience in a Barista role within a fast-paced retailer
• Knowledge on all things coffee including varieties of different brewing methods
• Basic understanding of latte art
• Ability to understand and replicate brew recipes to ensure amazing specialty coffee is served at all times
• Coffee machine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Awesome customer service with the ability to easily communicate whilst performing basic duties
