Banquet Team Leaders

We are currently seeking Fulltime Food & Beverage Banquet Teams Leaders to work in our Food and Beverage Conference areas and Outlets:

The Food & Beverage Banquet Team Leader are responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage and team, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional dining experience with us.

Duties And Responsibilities
 

• A proactive hands-on approach to drive and motivate a successful team
• Ensure all staff are performing at their full potential, maximum productivity and are consistent across all areas of service
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• A high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
• Building strong relationships within your team
   

Skills And Experience
 

• Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a Hotel Environment
• Must have an RSA Certificate
• Must hold valid working rights in Australia
• The flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays across a 7-day rotating roster.
• Must have a current Queensland RSA.
• Must have Food Safety Handling Certificate (from either unit SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006)
• Must have legal rights to work in Australia
• Possession of a current RMLV certification - highly regarded, but not essential
• Experience with Micros POS highly desirable
• Most of all a positive "Can do Attitude"
