Due to significant growth in our ANZ One Cloud Practice, we are now looking for an AWS Contact Centre Engineer to join us in either Melbourne or Sydney to support our highly successful and supportive team.
Responsibilities & Experience we are looking for:
Deliver projects on AWS using the Customer Experience portfolio.
Conduct workshops with clients to gather detailed design requirements.
Work with both clients and internally to identify areas for continuous improvement
Development experience on one or more programming languages, including Python and Javascript
Fundamental knowledge of Amazon Web Services
Advanced knowledge and experience of AWS Customer Experience portfolio including Amazon Connect and associated services such as Comprehend and Transcribe
Previous exposure and experience in the contact center space will be an advantage
