We are seeking applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds. As this program contains fast-tracked learning, you will need to commit to attendance, be adaptable to your working roster and live local to the FutureFit Academy.

To Set You Up For Success, You Will Need
 

• A high commitment to safety is a must
• Have an interest in problem solving and working on the tools
• Be motivated to learn new skills and knowledge, whilst enjoying a mixture of classroom and hands-on learning
• Ability to live a safe travelling distance to the training centre - this is not a FIFO/DIDO role (whilst studying at the academy)
• To have the necessary personal support networks available to assist you in working the above roster
• Experience working on machinery/vehicles through a hobby or work is highly regarded, but not essential
