The Team

The successful candidate will be working as Part of the Funds practice, based in Melbourne.

Our client's premier Funds, Superannuation and Financial Services team operates across all of their Australian offices. You will gain exposure to a range of highly regarded partners, Senior Associates and other lawyers at various levels.

The Role

This role involves advising clients across various sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, private debt, and private credit.

You’ll provide specialised support to leading Australian and international fund managers in establishing new funds, raising capital, and managing a range of fund structures, such as wholesale funds, capital partnerships, club funds, funds-of-one, and both listed and unlisted retail funds.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years post admission experience from a funds, corporate or financial services regulatory practice from a reputable firm or within an in-house team.

Additionally, you will have:

• A strong interest in specialising in investment funds while also developing a broad base of expertise.
