Associate Director Civil Infrastructure

Design & Builds client are a dynamic and innovative leader within the engineering consultancy space. Our client is currently seeking people who are open to Associate Director and Director level roles within the civil infrastructure space.

In this high level role you will be responsible for leading, planning and executing civil infrastructure projects to drive growth, excellence and innovation. Working closely with leadership to help shape the company's direction and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of professionals in civil engineering, project management, and related fields.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for civil infrastructure projects
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency and foster innovation within the organisation
• Foster strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships
   

Qualifications:
 

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the civil infrastructure industry, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make strategic decisions under pressure
