This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced M&A professional who wants to join a global company that is ambitious, fast-growing and agile.

You will have access to a team of talented analysts who can assist with deal execution and senior mentors who can assist with origination and development.

Uniquely, my client offers the ability to work remotely up to 5 days per week.

Upon successful hire, you will be responsible for:

  • Project management of transactions including direct liaison with vendors, bidders and other deal stakeholders.
  • Working on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings.
  • Reviewing key deal documents and providing input into legal agreements.
  • Reviewing valuation materials and financial models;
  • Project managing the due diligence process including the data room and Q&A process.
  • Managing, developing and nurturing Analysts.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3-7 years of experience in M&A or a mix of investment banking, M&A, strategy/corporate development, private equity or similar.
  • Degree qualifications along with either a CA, CFA or similar qualification.
  • A track record of completed transactions.
  • A sharp, inquisitive mind and real-world commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication skills—the ability to express complex matters simply and articulately, to be genuinely collaborative and respectfully candid.
  • The ability to identify and develop new transaction opportunities.
