Description:
The Associate Director is responsible for TNE partner relationship management of Swinburne’s international teaching locations that currently enrolls over 5000 students annually. The Associate Director leads on TNE agreement and policy advice, team resource planning, business development and ongoing partnership review and improvement of Swinburne’s global delivery partnerships. The position leads a team of Partner Relations staff who ensure the ongoing operational management of TNE at Swinburne.
The Associate Director manages the development for and adherence to contractual obligations related to TNE and guides partners and internal stakeholders on their roles and responsibilities under various educational delivery agreements. Under broad direction of the Director, TNEP, the Associate Director supports the establishment and review processes for global coursework delivery including corporate due diligence, risk assessment, financial costing and modelling. The Associate Director also manages load planning and budget reporting related to TNE and global delivery partner activities in excess of $5M.
