Description:

As the Associate Director, Campus and Assets Services you will lead a small team delivering customer focused, facilities management across Swinburne’s Victorian campuses. You will also drive continuous improvement to Swinburne’s strategic asset management practice.

This is an exciting opportunity which will suit an experienced leader who is wanting to expand their knowledge and build their skillset in the area of facilities management.

About You
To be suitable for this role you:

• Are a proven leader in facilities management and strategic asset management
• Have experience in working for an organisation of similar size and complexity.
• Have extensive change management experience including implementing strategic improvement plans.
